Method 1: Close Chrome Using Task Manager

To get your YouTube working again, you need to quit the Google Chrome browser. This can be done by using a task manager, this will help to close the program and to stop the program from running.

Step 2:  then you will find in the search bar in the upper right area, type task manager there. It will show you an option “view running processes with task manager”, click on that option.

Method 2: Configure Settings in Chrome

Step 1: Open Chrome and click on three dots in the top right corner, there you will see an option “more tools” click on it. And then click on the option “Clear browsing data”.

Step 2: in that window select data you want to remove from your Google Chrome cache. Make sure that the check box next to cookies and other site and plugin data cached images and files is selected.

Step 3: Select the time from “the beginning of time “to delete all the data.

Method 4: Disable the Extensions that are Causing the Problem.

Sometimes installed extensions may prevent us from accessing YouTube or may cause problems when we try to open or watch videos. For this try to disable the extensions one by one to find the main extension that is causing the problem. You can follow the given steps

Or, if you have the pro version you can click on “update all” to automatically download and install the right version of all the drivers.

Method 7: Switch to Another Browser
